4-Day Workweek Regional Pilot

With the recurring success of 4-day workweek pilots locally and around the globe, Richmond should conduct its own regional pilot, recruiting area businesses to participate in a 6-month trial and gathering data to report successes and pitfalls. An effort spearheaded by The Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, ChamberRVA, and The Robins School of Business would yield international attention and is likely to move the needle for life balance in the region.
